We find properties through conducting multiple direct-to-vendor marketing campaigns, such as leaflet drops, networking opportunities, letting agents, newspaper adverts, magazine, and online advertisements. We save you expense and time, by finding you the deals, unavailable to the general public.
No one wants to compete with other buyers, as this can cause delays and drive prices up. Our deals benefit you with exclusive properties and without the worry of competition. Once a vendor has agreed a fixed property purchase price with us, PSA secures the deal for a specific time frame, usually 2 months, by entering into a ‘Lock-Out Agreement’ with the seller.
Before we offer any deal to you, we conduct multiple viewings on your behalf, to inspect the property inside and out, as well as the surrounding area to assess suitability, outline refurbishment costs, and determine potential strategy methods. This is a great service, especially if you are not in a position to visit the property, or investment area yourself.
We undertake co-operative and ethical negotiations directly with property vendors, to find solutions for the best possible outcome for all parties involved. Negotiating a purchase price can take days or even months, so we only offer deals that have already been negotiated and ready for purchase for an agreed price, so we don’t waste your time. Our research day offers a guided tour of your chosen investment area, giving you the opportunity to tap into our expert local knowledge that can help propel your portfolio. We are here to support you in making informed decisions based on your investing goals. We cover specific areas within North and South Yorkshire, and we can advise where to visit dependant on your end goal and strategy. Our facilitator will ensure they share everything you need to know about investing in a particular area, by highlighting key information, pointing out places of interest, and answering any questions you may have.
