Our site, www.propertysourcingagency.co.uk, is owned and operated Property Sourcing Agency. We are a buyer’s agent, engaged by clients to source properties for them to purchase, based on their specific brief.
As we are deemed to be an Estate Agent, we are regulated by The Property Ombudsman (E01598), supervised by HMRC for Anti-Money Laundering Regulations, registered by ICO in respect of Data Protection (ZA361632), and possess relevant Professional Indemnity, and Employers and Public Liability insurance.
